About Richard

Richard lives in Montgomery, AL with his children Liam and Lacey. In his spare time he likes to kayak, travel, go to the beach, snowboard, and spend time with his family. Richard retired from the Air Force in 2020.  

He graduated from the University of Utah with a BS in Chinese and has a Masters Degree from the Naval Postgraduate School in Security Studies. He is a realtor and experienced real estate investor who has been featured on several large podcasts including the Biggerpockets podcast, Best ever real estate podcast, Afford Anything and Coach Carson.
