About Shannen

Shannen O'Leary moved to Montgomery, Alabama from Stratford, Connecticut in 2012 and graduated with her bachelor's degree in Business Administration in 2016.

 Upon graduation, Shannen was hired by Harris & Atkins Real Estate to work in the property management sector of the company. After becoming the Senior Property Manager in 2019, Shannen played an intricate part in helping the property management team expand from 297 Single Family Homes to a portfolio of 700 SFH in Montgomery and surrounding areas. 

In November of 2020, she received her real estate license and has become a million-dollar producer for the brokerage. Her main area of focus includes working with investors looking to grow their portfolios here in Alabama and working with sellers ready to list their homes.  Her experience in property management has given her an invaluable perspective on the Montgomery real estate market.
