About Java

Srinivas Javangula (Java) is known for his hands-on approach from day one of meeting the client by getting to know them on a personal level and innately understanding their short and long-term real estate investment goals.

Java is adept in understanding his clients’ unique needs and provides guidance to them in their real estate transactions. He values establishing lifetime relationships, which can be seen from the seamless process he has to assist his clients navigate real estate transactions. He employs a comprehensive approach in all aspects of the sale, including pricing, marketing strategies, contract negotiations, inspections, and appraisal valuations.

Java is a southerner at heart as he was born and brought up in Chennai, India, which is in the South-East Coast of India and immigrated to Montgomery, Alabama. He graduated from Troy University, Troy, AL with a Masters in Information Systems, and with an MBA – Finance and International Business from AUM, Montgomery, AL. Java begins his day early with mindfulness and hits the ground running with a day career and assisting his real estate clients in the evenings and weekends.
