Tyce Khatri was born in St. Augustine, Florida, and moved to Prattville in sixth grade, where he spent the rest of his childhood and highschool years. After graduating, his family relocated to Pike Road, a community he quickly grew to love and now proudly calls home.

Tyce attends Troy University, where he played football and developed the discipline, work ethic, and team first mindset that now shapes his approach to real estate. He is currently completing his degree in Global Business, giving him a strong foundation in markets, communication, and strategic decision making. These are all skills he brings directly to his clients.
